The trial court has sought three months' time to conclude the trial of the petitioner vide letter No. 186 dated 17-09-2015. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this court taking note of recovery as well as his antecedent and, therefore, yet this court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 253 of 2011 (NDPS Case No. 02 of 2011) pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamui stands rejected.
However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within the period, as framed by the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33527 of 2015 (3) dt.04-11-2015 trial court itself.
Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Jamui with direction to him to ensure the presence of remaining prosecution witnesses before the trial court within a month from the date of receipt/production of copy of order, failing which, the matter shall be viewed seriously.
