ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2017 in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No.63 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Darbhanga.

Diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

After consideration of all facts and circumstances, it appears that the petitioner was solely involved in the incident and had supplied the money for the girls to be taken to Mumbai from where they were recovered by the police and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7943 of 2018 (3) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 sent back to their relatives.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. The petitioner is, however, given liberty to approach this Court after commitment.
