Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 342, 307, 504, 506 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assaulting the informant side due to which three persons namely Kaushal Kumar, Ful Kumari Devi and Raghu Yadav are injured.

It is submitted that it is a case and counter case, both the parties have sustained injury. The specific allegation is of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59186 of 2021(2) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 assault on informant is against Ramashish Yadav, who is not this petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is old aged about 76 years.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 346/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
