The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Forest Act.

The petitioner and two others were found in the forest for cutting wood.

Submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case and nothing has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
