Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No.52 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that when the informant asked for the due amount of Rs.100/- from the petitioner as he had purchased eggs from the shop of the informant, the petitioner enraged and threw acid over the face of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is only burn mark over the face of the informant; whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that the impugned order itself discloses that the burn injury was found on the face, which is as a result of throwing acid and the eyes of the informant were

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, at this stage, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No.52 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi. (Arun Kumar, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
