Petitioner is in custody since 4.12.2018 in a case registered for the offence under sections 363/366A/376 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under section 3⁄4 of the POCSO Act.

The 15 years old victim girl, in her section 164 Cr.P.C. statement, alleges that the petitioner by force got her seated in a vehicle and took her to some other station where he kept her for sometime. He repeatedly made physical relation with her. She has further alleged that the petitioner had committed similar offence with other girls and also tried to push them in flesh trade.

Learned counsel for the petitioner denies the allegations submitting that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case.
