The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 379, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that when she went to attend call of nature, all the accused persons including the petitioners variously armed started abusing

It is further alleged that on the order of co-accused Oshihar Manjhi, petitioner No. 1 and co-accused Munna Manjhi made an attempt to ravish her and when she resisted, the accused persons started assaulting her and when her elder sister came to her rescue, she was also assaulted by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. For the alleged occurrence of 30.05.2020, the F.I.R has been registered on 01.06.2020. It is also submitted that petitioners' side lodged Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020 against the family members of the informant, hence, in order to put pressure upon the petitioners, this false case has been registered against the petitioners.

Considering the fact that there is specific allegation against petitioner No. 1 that he made an attempt to ravish the informant, this Court is not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. His prayer for anticipatory

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner No. 1, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 65 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
