The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The brother of the deceased made allegation that Dharmendra Kumar Sah, the husband of the deceased, and his other family members killed his sister and disposed of her dead body due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
