2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(C) (D)/41(1), 33, 36(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, huge quantity of empty liquor bottles has been recovered near Durgasthan Kabari shop. On inquiry, villagers disclosed that this petitioner along with his associates used to run liquor business. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
