A dead body was recovered from a field for which a case was lodged against unknown.

Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statements of co-accused Dashrath Mukhiya, Ram Nath Mukhiya and Ram Lal Mukhiya. Dashrath Mukhia, Ram Nath Mukhia and Ram Lal Mukhia have already been enlarged on bail.
