Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Though the petitioner was not there at the time of recovery of liquor, rather name of the petitioner surfaced in the disclosure statement of co-accused. However, petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent.

Therefore, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

In the event of surrender of the petitioner, prayer for regular shall be considered by the learned Court below without being prejudiced by this order.
