The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ismailpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner did not submit the folder consisting the merit list of selected teachers to the informant.

It is submitted that petitioner has already submitted folder-cum-merit list which was given by the predecessor, but some document related to the year 2012, could not be submitted by the petitioner, as the same has not been provided to him by the predecessor. In this regard, petitioner gave several

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59464 of 2021(4) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 applications to the then panchayat secretary (retired), but in spite of his best efforts he could not get the said documents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Naugachiya in connection with Ismailpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
