The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phenahara P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant is agnate of petitioners and have been falsely implicated in this case on account of land dispute. It is further submitted that the injuries, alleged are found to be simple in nature and on account of such internal family feud, the present occurrence took place.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, in the event of his/their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of
