The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 410 of 2021 on 19.07.2021.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4878 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
