Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414,34,420,467,468,471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others were found in possession of a stolen motorcycle. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 22.04.2019. Chargesheet has already been submitted in this case.

Submission is that co-accused-Pradeep Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 40741 of 2019.

No.47250 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bettiah Town Police Station Case No.312 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
