2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 85 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 1.4 K.G. of ganja has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2023 she is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. He further submits that petitioner is a widow and she is mother of two minor children.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49965 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 85 of 2023.
