The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No.105 of 2014 registered under Sections 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2014. Till date no witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution, even though charges were framed on 18.09.2017.

Considering the submissions made above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2005 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No.105 of 2014.
