Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Act. Earlier also, petitioner had moved this Court for grant of regular bail which was rejected twice vide Annexue 1 and 1/1.

Allegation as per the FIR is recovery of about 137 kg. of Ganja from the bolero vehicle and the petitioner was arrested along with other co-accused.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59450 of 2021(5) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
