JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 25.05.2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Samastipur in R. No. 59 of 2016 arising out of Samastipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016 whereby he has refused to discharge the petitioners in terms of Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498-A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to take all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31619 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 framing of charge.
