The petitioners seek bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 424 of 2017 registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
80 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the Maruti car and the petitioners who were occupants of the said car were arrested.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioners. Petitioners happen to be commuters of the said vehicle and had no knowledge of keeping any liquor in the said vehicle. They have no criminal antecedent. The petitioners have been languishing in custody since

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S.
