JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No. 210 of 2017 registered under Section 392of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that informant was robbed on the way and snatched Rs. 95,000/- , his purse containing Aadhar card and Aadhar Card is recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that only Aadhar card is said to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 10.10.2017.

Having considered a large number of criminal antecedents and recovery of looted Aadhar card of the informant from the possession of the petitioner, his prayer fro bail at present is refused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1429 of 2018 (3) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 However, he may renew his prayer for bail after six months of framing of charge.
