The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case at the instance of Balwant Yadav. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of Sunil Kumar Rajbhar. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua, Kaimur in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015.
