2. The present application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners to modify the order dated 14.05.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7825 of 2024.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to inadvertence some typographical error crept during course of filing of the connected writ application and so in the order dated 14.05.2024. It is further stated that the said mistake has taken place unintentionally and due to carelessness of counsel for the petitioners, the following errors crept in the order aforesaid, which may be corrected:
(i) Petitioner no.11 (Bimla Devi, wife of Late Subodh Narayan Jha) is required to be corrected as Bimla Devi, wife of Late Bhola Jha.
Patna High Court MJC No.2281 of 2024(2) dt.09-08-2024 3/3 (ii) Petitioner no.15 (Baleshwar Mishra, son of Late Tripti Narayan Jha) is required to be corrected as Baleshwar Mishra, son of Late Tripti Narayan Mishra.
(iii) District of respondent nos.5 and 6 is required to be corrected as Darbhanga instead of Madhubani.
4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons stated in this application, the order dated 14.05.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7825 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above and this modification application is allowed.
5. In view of the correction made in the order aforesaid, the petitioners are given further four weeks' time to file a detailed representation before respondent nos. 5 & 6 and respondent nos.5 & 6 are directed to dispose of the representation within ten weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
6. Let the order dated 14.05.2024 passed in the connected writ application be read along with this order. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U
