1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ is being filed for a direction upon the Respondent authorities to pay arrears of salary after order passed by Collector, Madhepura for A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression and Modified Assured Career Progression) from 09.08.1999 to 30.06.2012."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions, submits that the outstanding amount, required to be paid to the petitioner, has already stood
Patna High Court CWJC No.17410 of 2021(3) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 paid on 12.03.2024, inasmuch as a sum of Rs.7,76,230/- has been deposited in the account of the petitioner, hence it is submitted that the grievances of the petitioner has now stood redressed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if, that be the case, the present writ petition be disposed off.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
