2. This writ application has been filed to make corrections in the description of land appertaining to Khata No. 458, Khesra No. 4064, Thana No. 500, Total Area- 1 acre, Mauza- Simaria, mentioned/listed in the column of Government Register as "Gair Mazarua Aam" in place of "Gair Mazarua Khas".

3. In this case a counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5. In paragraph No. 5 of the said counter-affidavit it is stated that after considering the report of the Circle Officer, Barauni (Respondent No. 5) and the District Sub-Registrar, Begusarai (Respondent No. 4), it is clear that the land appertaining to Khesra No. 4064, Khata No. 458, Thana

Patna High Court CWJC No.12651 of 2022(5) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 No. 500 in Mauza- Simaria, is Gair Majarua Khash Parti Kadim. Pursuant to the same, the Additional Collector, Begusarai, submitted his inquiry report bearing Letter No. 5365 dated 08.12.2023 before the District Magistrate, Begusarai (Respondent No. 2).

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in light of the enquiry report submitted, the District Magistrate, Begusarai (Respondent No. 2) be directed to take the necessary steps, as early as possible.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the District Magistrate, Begusarai (Respondent No. 2) is directed to take further appropriate action in light of the inquiry report submitted by the Additional Collector, Begusarai, bearing Letter No. 5365 dated 08.12.2023, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
