2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021 dated 19.07.2021, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner.

4. Earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.04.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 67947 of 2022.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner failed to show any fresh material for filing the instant anticipatory bail before this court.
