Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2017.
Submission is that charge has already been framed and trial is going on. Co-accused Santosh Chaudhary has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4140 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10640 of 2018 (2) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Fatehpur Police Station Case No. 251 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
