JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner misused his privilege of bail for a very long period and hampered the trial, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with session trial no. 181 of 1988 arising out of Hathidah P.S.Case No. 27(10) of 1975, pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Barh, Patna stands rejected at least, at this stage.
