JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2021 Though, the present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 18.9.2020 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jhanjharpur whereby and where under the PDS license of the petitioner bearing license No. 47 of 2016 has been cancelled, but the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to the expeditious disposal of the pending appeal bearing Supply Case No. 46 of 2021 filed by the petitioner, which is pending before the learned Collector, Madhepura.

The learned counsel for the Respondent State, Shri Upendra Pratap Singh, AC to SC-4, submits that the appeal of the petitioner shall be disposed of expeditiously within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
