JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 23-07-2024 The petitioner submitted a representation for redressal of his grievance with regard to the Grade Pay under MACP. It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner was granted MACP @ Rs. 5400/-, however, according to the petitioner, it ought to be Rs. 6600/-. He submitted a series of representations during the period between April 2021 to July 2022. The representations were duly forwarded by the Civil Surgeon-Cum-Chief Medical Officer, Jamui to the Director-inChief, Nursing. The last such representation was forwarded on 26thApril 2024. However, the said representations were not considered.

2. It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents that the instant writ petition may be disposed of directing respondent no. 03 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner by passing a reasoned order within a specific period of time.

Under such facts and circumstances, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the Director General(Nursing), Health Service, Government of Bihar, Patna, i.e., respondent no. 03 to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioner on 20th May 2024,15th March 2023, and prior to the said dates between April 2021 to July 2022 and pass a reasoned order in accordance with the law after giving opportunity to the petitioner or her representative of hearing within 60 days from the date of communication of this order.
