2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 341, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was coming on motorcycle after closing medical store, petitioner, co-accused Sumit Kumar and one unknown accused person assaulted him with iron paw and snatched Rs.25,000/- from the pocket.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47534 of 2025(3) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 for pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Arwal Police Station Case No. 347 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
