Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Unknown persons assaulted with lathi to the informant as well as to Ravi Kumar Sharma when they were at the gate of a train. Ravi Kumar Sharma came within the running train and died.

Submission is that name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9280 of 2018 (3) dt.28-03-2018 Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Rail Police Station Case No.71 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
