Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 414, 401, 403, 413, 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of other co-accused. In their confessional statement, name of the petitioner transpired. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8497 of 2018 (2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gopalpur Police Station Case No. 195 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
