The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 83 of 2015 arising out of Shashtri Nagar P.S. Case No. 455 of 2014 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43438 of 2014.

Regard being had to the observations made in the aforesaid order dated 04.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43438

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31744 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2 / 2 of 2014, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 83 of 2015 arising out of Shashtri Nagar P.S. Case No. 455 of 2014.
