2. The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017 in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 495 of 2017 (GR No. 3961 of 2017) for the alleged offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Even according to the FIR it there is land dispute between the informant's husband and co-accused Vikash Kumar.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appearing suo motu oppose the bail petition submitting that it is clearly stated in the FIR that the accused persons including the petitioner chased the informant's husband and all of them fired

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
