ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 23.08.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Maintenance case No. 77-M of 2011. Considering the fact that the impugned order is merely one of interim maintenance, I do not see any reason for interference and, hence, this application stands rejected. The court below is directed to pass final orders within a period of four months without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
