JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27-12-2014 on the accusation that one country-made Katta and two live cartridges were recovered from behind the back of house of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which has been averred at paragraph-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with U.A.P. Case No. 01 of 2015 arising out of Barhat P.S. Case No. 78 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Sessions Judge, Jamui.
