2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 02.01.2014 has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Jhanjharpur (Arariya Sangram O.P.) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2013, G.R. No. 1350 of 2013, S.T. No. 263 of 2015/148 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 376(2) (i) (n) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 19.03.2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 34865 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not pointed out any good ground for grant of bail save and except the period of custody already suffered for more than four years. A perusal of the order of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2031 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 the learned Presiding Officer, FTC I, Madhubani dated 19.12.2017 discloses that the victim, the doctor and the Investigating Officer remain to be examined, but the other witnesses who have been examined have supported the prosecution case.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The bail petition stands dismissed.

5. The learned Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
