Although, petitioner is named in the first information report but omnibus allegation of assault has been leveled against him and moreover, the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of dispute of share of the tree. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S.Case No. 64 of 2015.
