The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the D.P. Act. The wife of the petitioner made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 21.08.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in Bhorey P.S. Case No. 150 of 2014.
