JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for L.N. Mithila University, learned counsel for B.N. Mandal University and learned counsel appearing for the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that his pension has not been fixed on the basis of his pay scale and some other amounts have also not been paid to him.
Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of L.N. Mithila University and the aforesaid counter affidavit goes to
Patna High Court CWJC No.10876 of 2016 (5) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 show that petitioner worked in the aforesaid University for a very brief period and there was only dues of group insurance amount which had already been paid to petitioner by issuance of cheque no. 073076 dated 24.03.2017 in favour of Registrar, B.N. Mandal University.
So far as B.N. Mandal University is concerned, no counter affidavit has been filed but with consent of all the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of giving direction to respondent no. 4, 5 and 6 to look into the grievances of the petitioner and ensure the payment of admitted dues of the petitioner within three months from the date of filing petition on behalf of the petitioner along with copy of this order.
