2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents for payment of Gratuity, leave encashment and full pension of the petitioner who was retired from the post of Deputy Director (Agronomics) Agriculture Department, Purnea.

As such, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file representation afresh within 30 days from today and if Respondent No. 2 finds any payment is due to the petitioner then the petitioner shall be paid and if no amount is due to the petitioner then Respondent No. 2 (The Secretary, Agriculture, Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna) is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner within 90 days thereafter.
