Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B),201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2017 having allegation that for non-fulfillment of dowry demand, the petitioner and other family members committed dowry death of Asha Kumari.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband is already in custody. The allegation is general and omnibus.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2511 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Udwant Nagar Police Station Case No.244 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
