The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.R.P. Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 / 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of disclosure made by Sujeet Kumar @ Katua. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 11.04.2019.

Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
