Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation before the respondent no.4 within four weeks, along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim and the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2670 of 2021(4) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 respondent no.4 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
