Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State. 2.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 408 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023, within a period of four weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52099 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to hear and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner surrenders, within a period of four weeks from today, before the learned Trial Court and files a petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
