JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but the only allegation against them is that they took the deceased and thereafter, the dead body of the deceased was found. Even if the aforesaid accusation assumed to be true, then also none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and at best, it is a case of last seen .

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj
