The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 7, 13(2) read with Section 13(i)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
The petitioner, a Revenue Karamchari of Chand Circle in the district of Bhabhua (Kaimur), was apprehended while taking bribe of Rs. 6,000/-. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false as mutation was already done in view of the order passed by Lok Adalat. The petitioner is in jail since 22.04.2015. Chargesheet has already been submitted.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge
