It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the confessional statement of petitioner was recorded in Mehshi P.S.Case No. 07 of 2014 and after that petitioner was remanded in this Case. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but admittedly, in the present case, neither any witness named the petitioner nor petitioner has been put on T.I.P as yet.
