The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 245 of 2016, registered under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Buxar.

The prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected earlier on 01.03.2017 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2316 of 2017 on merit. Now, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
